By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms ensure you receive a safe, consistent, and professional service.
They form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Karen Botha trading as Fertility Bandwidth™ (“the Company”, “we”, or “us”).

1. Purpose and Scope

The Root Cause Assessment is an educational and diagnostic service designed to identify potential underlying factors contributing to fertility challenges, hormonal imbalance, or related health issues.

It provides insight, analysis, and recommendations to guide your next steps, but it does not constitute medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. Any advice or suggestions provided should be discussed with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before being implemented.

Participation in the Assessment does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship.

2. What’s Included

Your Root Cause Assessment includes:

Comprehensive Health Analysis Form: an in-depth health mapping tool designed to identify key physiological, emotional, and environmental factors influencing fertility.
Professional Review: your data will be personally reviewed and interpreted using the Fertility Bandwidth™ root cause framework.
Live Results Consultation: a one-to-one online session with Karen Botha to discuss your findings, clarify next steps, and answer key questions.
Summary Report or Audio Breakdown: a concise follow-up summary capturing your primary results and recommendations.

This Assessment represents a snapshot in time based on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is made in full via the secure payment link provided. You may choose to use any finance option (such as Klarna) made available by the payment processor.
No private or personal instalment plans are offered directly by the Company.

Your payment confirms your booking and secures professional time and resources. For this reason, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of your level of participation, attendance, or satisfaction with outcomes.

If you need to reschedule your consultation, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be forfeited.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide full, honest, and accurate information during the Assessment.
Take full responsibility for your health decisions and outcomes.
Consult your medical practitioner before acting on any recommendations.
Respect professional boundaries and communication limits.

The Assessment includes one results session and one written or audio summary.
Any further discussion, supplement guidance, or ongoing support is outside the scope of this service and may require enrolment in a separate programme.

5. Our Responsibilities

We are committed to delivering a high-quality, evidence-based service with compassion, integrity, and professionalism.
You will receive expert insight and clear, actionable feedback specific to your situation.
Our clients consistently tell us this is the first time they’ve felt truly understood and empowered to take control of their fertility.

While our goal is to help you understand your body and improve your fertility potential, results vary for each individual and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All personal and health information you share is treated as confidential and stored securely in accordance with data protection laws.

All written, audio, or visual materials provided as part of the Assessment remain the intellectual property of Fertility Bandwidth™ and must not be copied, distributed, or shared without written consent.

7. Boundaries and Conduct

To maintain the integrity of this work, the following boundaries apply:

Communication is limited to the channels and times agreed.
The Assessment does not include open-ended messaging, post-session advice, or emotional support.
Repeated or excessive contact outside of the agreed process may result in communication limits or termination of service without refund.
Abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cessation of services.

These boundaries protect both parties and ensure all clients receive the same high standard of care.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Assessment is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
The Company accepts no liability for decisions you make or actions you take based on the information provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Assessment.

9. Testimonials and Marketing

You may be invited to share a testimonial or feedback to help inspire others. This is entirely optional.
If you consent, your first name and general experience may be used in marketing materials. You may withdraw consent in writing within 14 days of payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through the English courts.

Fertility Bandwidth™ is a specialist programme created and delivered by Karen Botha, a UK-based Root Cause Fertility Expert.
The programme operates under Essential Feeling Ltd, which has been established since 2012 as a registered UK company with a strong reputation in integrative health and therapeutic services.

Essential Feeling Ltd acts as the parent company for Fertility Bandwidth™, managing payment processing, financial compliance, and business operations.
This means you may see Essential Feeling Ltd on your invoice or card statement — this is completely normal and part of the same business structure.

Both entities are owned and operated by Karen Botha.
Fertility Bandwidth™ serves as the dedicated fertility and root-cause division of Essential Feeling Ltd, allowing the brand to operate with clinical precision while benefiting from the established infrastructure, legal protections, and financial stability of its parent company.

This structure ensures that all Fertility Bandwidth™ clients are supported through an insured, VAT-compliant, and fully regulated company framework, providing the highest professional and ethical standards at every stage.
