We don’t give you our address in Romford, Essex before you make a confirmed booking at Essential Feeling because all our therapies are given by appointment only. While we’re happy for you to call or text us on 07941 668456 to book a last-minute massage, or 07757 946023 for a last-minute reflexology session, we don’t allow people to turn up on the off chance of getting a session.

We work with family members of all ages, we just ask that if you would like your child under 16 to come along for a massage or reflexology at our treatment rooms in Gidea Park, Romford, Essex that they you, as their parent/ guardian also attend. We find this is the best way of working.

Our postcode is RM, we are based in Gidea Park, Romford, Essex and we are open 7 days a week. But only by appointment. We are two minutes drive from Gallows Corner roundabout which makes us perfectly placed if you are coming from Romford, Hornchurch, Brentwood or Upminster as well as areas from East London as we are right by the Romford main road intersections.

Gallows Corner roundabout is approx 2 miles from the centre of Romford and about the same from Hornchurch. Our property is located within the borough of Havering.

Romford is a strange location in that while it is part of the county of Essex it is also classed as part of Greater London. As Essential Feeling are right on the interchange of the two areas, main road wise, it is the perfect location to find on your travels between Essex and London.

We do ask that you check your travel arrangements before you come along as we do need you to be on time for your sessions. You can read our terms and conditions here. With Romford being based in a busy London town, Romford, Essex can often have a build up of traffic at key times of the day so please do allow for this in your journey.

In terms of contacting us about employment and jobs, I’m afraid it is not part of our plan to recruit anyone either from Romford, Essex or elsewhere. We are a husband and wife team and we have learnt over the years that no-one can care about our clients as much as we do. That’s why we prefer to keep our therapy business small and intimate. So we are not and will not be hiring soon.

Cancellation Policy

When a booking is made with Essential Feeling, Gidea Park, Romford, time is allocated for the correct therapist to carry out the requested booking. It may not be possible to change bookings or therapy after you have made your initial appointment. By making a booking you agree to call or e-mail to cancel or amend any booking made at your earliest convenience. By making the booking with Essential Feeling, Gidea Park, Romford you agree to arrive on time for your treatment, a cancellation charge being the full cost of the treatment booked and cancelled, may apply should you be late.
