Essential Feeling All-Inclusive After Surgery Care Package

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the Essential Feeling All-Inclusive After Surgery Care Package (the “Package”). The Package is designed to provide comprehensive post-operative care for patients who have undergone surgery.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Package, you must:

  • Be a patient of Essential Feeling.
  • Have undergone surgery within the past three months
  • Be able to commit to following the therapist’s recommendations for home care.

3. Package Inclusions

The Package includes the following as necessary, and having them available doesn’t mean they are suitable and therefore may not be given:

  • Initial assessment and treatment planning.
  • Manual lymphatic drainage.
  • Deep oscillation.
  • Cavitation and/or radio frequency and/ or red light therapy.
  • Deep tissue therapeutic work to the affected site of operation.
  • Myofascial release.
  • Vitamin injections as necessary.

This offer pertains exclusively to a single surgical procedure. In the event that you undergo an additional surgery within the three-month timeframe, a separate package will be necessary to accommodate the new procedure.

4. Package Exclusions

The Package does not include the following:

  • Medication.
  • Compression garments.
  • Any other physical products you may need to assist your healing
  • General massage unrelated to post surgery recovery of the site affected.

5. Package Duration

The Exclusive 3-Month All-Inclusive Package commences upon the date of your initial appointment and remains valid for a duration of three months. It is imperative to note that the therapist reserves the right to conclude the Package prematurely should they ascertain that you have achieved full recovery.

Please be advised that no provisions for upgrades are available in the event of selecting an alternative treatment protocol and subsequently desiring an upgrade at a later juncture. Additionally, in cases of termination of the package or a change in preference halfway through, be informed that no refunds, transfers, or vouchers of any nature will be extended.

Your adherence to these terms ensures a streamlined and transparent experience throughout the tenure of the Exclusive 3-Month All-Inclusive Package.

6. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance using the number on your booking confirmation. The therapist will determine the frequency and duration of your appointments based on their assessment of your individual needs. All appointments are subject to availability.

9. Home Care

You must follow the therapist’s recommendations for home care. Failure to follow these recommendations may delay your healing and may void your Package in which case no refund or part thereof will be provided. This includes seeing other therapists for any other therapy without first being approved by Essential Feeling and wearing unapproved compression wear.

10. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full appointment fee. You will not be able to schedule another appointment as part of your package until this cancellation fee has been processed.

11. Payment

The full cost of the Package must be paid in advance. No refund will be given, and no transfer to other patients, or for other therapies outside the scope of this agreement. No upgrades will be given if you decide part way through a different package.

12. Limitation of Liability

Essential Feeling shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the Package, even if Essential Feeling has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Essential Feeling with respect to the Package. Any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

17. Acceptance

By processing this booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
