1. Subscription Agreement
The undersigned party, henceforth referred to as the “Subscriber,” hereby enters into a contractual agreement by subscribing to the monthly massage package (“Subscription”). This agreement shall commence on the date of the inaugural massage appointment, irrespective of its positioning within the month, and subsequently renew on the 1st day of each successive month, continuing on a month-to-month basis until either party elects to terminate this arrangement.
2. Eligibility
The Subscriber acknowledges and affirms their eligibility for participation in the manual lymphatic drainage massage package, contingent upon the completion of the post-surgery recovery cycle or by explicit recommendation from their designated therapist.
3. Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees shall be levied in advance and are predicated on the primary location selected by the Subscriber. The automatic renewal of subscription fees is scheduled for the 1st day of each month, subject to cancellation by the Subscriber.
4. Initial Minimum Period
The initial minimum subscription period extends to three months. Following this initial duration, the Subscriber retains the option to terminate the subscription at their discretion, contingent upon the provision of one month’s written notice to Essential Feeling, transmitted via text to 07757 946023. The notice period becomes effective on the first day of the subsequent month.
5. Massage Entitlement
The Subscriber is entitled to one manual lymphatic drainage massage per calendar month, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon with the therapist on a case-by-case basis. Appointments must be scheduled within the subscribed month; unutilised massages can be carried forward to subsequent months while ever there is an active subscription in operation. No reimbursements shall be issued for unattended sessions.
6. Massage Schedule
Scheduled appointments for the monthly massage must be arranged in advance through textual communication with the designated therapist, using the contact number specified in the booking confirmation. Such appointments are always contingent upon therapist availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policies of Essential Feeling shall be applicable to all subscription-based massages. In the event of a cancellation transpiring less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the Subscriber shall incur a charge equivalent to the full massage service, in conformity with established terms and conditions.
8. Special Offers and Promotions
Subscription holders are expressly precluded from participating in additional promotional offers or discounts beyond the parameters defined within this subscription agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Essential Feeling and its therapists bear no liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the provision of services, even in instances where the possibility of such damages has been communicated.
10. Transfer Policy
Subscription massages are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.
11. Termination
The Subscriber retains the prerogative to terminate the subscription at any juncture post the initial three-month period, facilitated by the provision of written notice delivered via text to Essential Feeling at 07757 946023. The termination shall become effective at the conclusion of the first full calendar month following the notice period. No refunds shall be extended for unused massages.
12. General Terms
Essential Feeling reserves the right to effect modifications to these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Such modifications shall be immediately effective upon their posting on the official website, with the onus placed upon the Subscriber to routinely review the prevailing terms.
By subscribing to the monthly massage package, the Subscriber expressly acknowledges having perused and comprehended these Terms and Conditions, thereby manifesting an unequivocal commitment to abide by their stipulations.
