As with any cosmetic procedure, it is crucial to consult with a qualified professional before embarking on

Stretch marks

Stretch marks are a common skin concern for many people, particularly after pregnancy or rapid weight gain or loss. Fortunately, there are several ways in which stretch marks can be improved through non-invasive cosmetic treatments.

Platelet rich plasma (PRP) for stretch mark removal

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that has shown promising results in the improvement of stretch marks. PRP is a concentrated solution of platelets extracted from a patient’s own blood. When injected into the affected area, PRP triggers the body’s natural healing process by stimulating collagen production and increasing blood flow to the area. Over time, the increased collagen production helps to improve the appearance of stretch marks by reducing their depth and visibility. While results may vary depending on the severity of the stretch marks, PRP therapy offers a safe and effective way to improve the appearance of stretch marks with no invasive surgery or harsh chemicals.

During the procedure, we will take some of your blood from your arm. We spin that blood in our specialist equipment so that the plasma separates from the rest of your blood contents. This is how it is completely safe and natural, this is only using what your own body produces itself, and so it doesn’t get rejected in the same way as foreign bodies.

This is important because the plasma is the stuff that helps your body to heal. So, we place it in your stretch marks where it breaks down, then releases growth factors. This triggers your body to produce collagen through the healing process we all naturally have. And so you can see how this will then improve the texture of your skin as collagen tightens tissue, thus we’re already removing stretch marks.

Over lay this with the other effective options below, and we have the perfect way to combat unsightly stretch marks. So, read on, because it’s the way we combine treatments with our innovative, top of the range technology that means we are effective at stretch mark removal.

Microneedling with electroporation & red light therapy

Microneedling is a popular technique that involves creating tiny punctures in the skin to stimulate collagen production and reduce the appearance of stretch marks, when we combine our specialist equipment which is more effective at injecting your PRP into the actual cells (electroporation) so it’s not eradicated by your body as waste, then the effectiveness of PRP therapy is further enhanced.stretch marks stretch mark removal microneedling

Then, layer on red light therapy, which further promotes collagen growth and improves skin texture and you’re on to a winner. Our red light therapy will mean that you heal faster. So, when we have used our technology to ensure that your platelet rich plasma goes directly into the cells it needs to be in, we then use red light to heal this as fast as possible. This not only means that we are more effective at putting your plasma where it needs to be, but we are also more effective at keeping it there by repairing you as fast as possible.

But, we are not finished yet.

We can then apply radio frequency technology to tighten and firm the skin, reducing the appearance of stretch marks. We are now doubling down. So, your cells have plasma to stimulate collagen, and we have sealed this in. By then adding radiofrequency on top of this, we are triggering a further message to your body to stimulate more collagen. This not only means your body naturally now produces more collagen, but we direct this to the surface of the skin, exactly where you have your stretch marks.

We can use these methods individually or in combination to achieve optimal results. We’ll look at your starting point and give you our best advice for your personal circumstances, but your ideal starting point if you want to get rid of stretch marks will always be to combine these techniques into one time and cost effective package.

Vitamin injections

Essential vitamin injections are playing a crucial role in addressing stretch marks during PRP/ PRF radio frequency and microneedling treatments.

Vitamin C injections are renowned for their ability to rejuvenate collagen synthesis, promoting skin elasticity and resilience. By starting these injections a week before your treatments, you can optimise collagen support and enhance skin rejuvenation. Vitamin B12 injections, on the other hand, boost skin health by enhancing cell regeneration and nerve function, potentially minimising stretch mark appearance. Starting two weeks before treatments provides your skin with revitalising benefits.

A comprehensive approach comes with vitamin B complex injections, including Biotin, Cyanocobalamin (B12), Dexpanthenol, Nicotinamide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin Phosphate Sodium, and Thiamine Hydrochloride. These injections work together to support skin restoration, nourishing the skin and promoting collagen synthesis. Starting three weeks before treatments allows the B vitamins to work synergistically, enhancing your skin’s recovery. Lastly, vitamin D injections enhance cellular repair and immune function, making them valuable allies in stretch mark removal. Starting four weeks before treatments optimises skin healing and maximises procedure benefits.

In conclusion, essential vitamin injections offer unique roles in revitalising your skin during stretch mark removal treatments.

IPRF injections or PRP

You have the option to inlcude iPRF injections (have you heard of vampire facials? This is the same technology). Experience a transformative approach to stretch mark reduction by combining iPRF (injectable platelet-rich fibrin) with the cutting-edge technologies of red light therapy and microneedling with electroporation. iPRF harnesses the natural healing power of your body’s platelets to stimulate collagen production and tissue regeneration. When integrated with red light therapy, which further enhances collagen synthesis and skin rejuvenation, and microneedling with electroporation, which improves the absorption of skin-nourishing serums, you achieve a holistic solution for minimising the appearance of stretch marks.

This multi-faceted approach not only addresses the texture and color of stretch marks but also promotes smoother, more elastic skin, leaving you feeling confident and radiant in your own skin.

Common questions
How many sessions will I need for effective stretch mark removal?

Everyone’s starting point is different, but we would expect that you will need at least four. Much of this will depend on how loose your skin is around the stretch marks. The number of sessions could increase to perhaps 12 in extreme cases, but we will manage your expectations.

How often do I need sessions for stretch mark removal to be effective?

It depends on what treatment protocol you’re opting for. If you’re having the full package, we may recommend you have the full treatment once a month, but pull less invasive parts out and have these individually between the full sessions. We will work out a protocol that is unique to your stretch mark removal needs.

How much will it cost to treat my stretch marks?
